The following is hereby understood and agreed upon by all parties involved. The authorized signer is the financially responsible party.
Organizer hours are billed in 15-minute increments. Minimum 4-hour appointments. Payment is due before scheduling work. A 50% deposit is due upon booking. Work directly related to the project outside of routine appointment scheduling, including lengthy conversations, research, shopping, communicating to outside stakeholders, etc. will be billed as part of the project. The final bill will reflect all time and materials and may be higher or lower than the estimate. Client understands that pricing & package rates have an expiration date. All unused hours expire 1 year from the date of purchase. No refunds will be given. All invoices are due upon receipt. Invoices not paid within 30 days will have a late payment fee assigned of 5% of the total invoice.
Travel is included for destinations within a 30-minute radius. Travel time is calculated with Google Maps. Clients outside of a 30-minute radius will be assessed a travel fee per visit. Regional travel fees are based on time and mileage. Out-of-state travel requires a $750 deposit. The final bill will reflect all travel expenses that exceed the initial $750 deposit.
Our system sends automated appointment reminders, however we do not guarantee you will receive one every time. A 72-hour notice is required for appointment cancellation and/or rescheduling of hands-on work. Last-minute appointment cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to ½ of the scheduled session. Please consider that if we miss a day of work, we miss a day of income. Client behavior determined to be dangerous, unstable or outside of customary, professional, respectful boundaries may result in termination of this contract without notice or refund.
We will work diligently and efficiently on the agreed-upon projects. As the scope of the project varies, the client acknowledges that not all projects may get completed within the estimated number of hours. Additional hours may be necessary to complete the project and will be agreed upon by the client in advance. Client agrees to pay for all products and materials that are used during services rendered. Client will be informed in advance of all materials needed.
organized by andrea acknowledges that it may come into contact with Client’s confidential information while performing services under this Agreement. organized by andrea acknowledges that disclosure of such information to a third party may cause harm to Client, and therefore organized by andrea will not disclose or use such information without Client’s written consent, except to perform the services under this Agreement.
organized by andrea agrees to obtain and maintain insurance throughout the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, coverage against claims that may arise from organized by andrea’s performance of this Agreement.
organized by andrea will make every reasonable effort to safeguard your personal materials during the organizing process, but we will not be responsible for items damaged or held liable for any other results of any work done during or after organizing sessions. Client acknowledges that they have homeowner’s (or renter’s) insurance for the property(ies) work will be performed at and client's insurance policy is the primary coverage for any property damage occurring during the scope of our work.
organized by andrea may recommend a preferred service provider but have no liability and will be held harmless for damage that occurs during the scope of work with provider.
organized by andrea will pack items for donation to charity if requested but will not be responsible for the charity's acceptance of the items and will be held harmless. The remaining items may need to be disposed of for a disposal fee. organized by andrea will not be responsible for retrieving or replacing donated items if you change your mind later.
organized by andrea will not be responsible for firearms, ammunition, fireworks or explosives. We will not be responsible for packing or moving hazardous materials of any kind. We will provide you with a list of hazardous materials, upon request.
We use a virtual phone system. Calls, texts & emails will be returned during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM). If you have an emergency, please leave a detailed message (preferably a text) and we will contact you as soon as possible.
organized by andrea will take photos of this project to use for internal purposes (training, client progress reports, etc.). Unless I opt out, organized by andrea will use photos in any publication it chooses, with no time limit, without restrictions except for illegal uses. I understand that all personally identifiable information will be removed. I release all of the above from any and all claims, liability or damages that result from alteration of the original image or reproduction in any format.
This estimate covers up to 40 organizer hours.
If the project takes longer you agree for us to stay longer to complete the project. You will be billed at $130 per organizer hour.
